1. Service
Cybersecurity Career Finder is a job-search assistant that monitors selected employers, organizes publicly available employment opportunities and produces search results and notifications for subscriber review. The service does not apply to jobs on your behalf and does not guarantee that a posting is accurate, still available, suitable, or that you will receive an interview, offer or employment.
2. Availability and maintenance
Cybersecurity Career Finder is operated with a target of 100% availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance and upgrade windows may temporarily limit access. When practical, planned maintenance notices will be displayed on the application sign-in page and existing subscribers may be emailed by the administrator.
Datacenter, Internet, power, upstream-provider, employer-site, cybersecurity and other infrastructure events can occur without notice; during those events subscribers may temporarily be unable to sign in, run searches or receive service-generated email.
3. Account and security responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, keeping account information accurate, reviewing employer postings before acting on them, and using the service lawfully. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another subscriber's workspace, interfere with service operation, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, abuse automated interfaces, or use the service to harm third parties.
4. Employer and third-party information
Job postings, employer career sites and applicant-tracking systems are operated by third parties and may change, become unavailable, contain errors or restrict automated access. Cybersecurity Career Finder attempts to verify sources and monitor changes, but third-party availability and content are outside our control.
5. Subscription billing, refunds and cancellation
Subscription pricing, taxes and billing frequency are shown before checkout. Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period: access continues through that paid period and the subscription will not renew after it ends. Stripe is used to process subscription payments and may provide the hosted checkout and customer billing portal.
6. Changes to service or capacity
Service features, supported employers and operational limits may change as the platform evolves. Registration may be temporarily closed when configured subscriber capacity has been reached or when capacity protection is required to maintain reliable operation for existing subscribers.
7. Data and privacy
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy . Subscriber workspaces are intended to remain tenant-isolated. Operational and security records may be retained as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot and restore the service.
8. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, attempted unauthorized access, material violation of these terms, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. Where appropriate, reasonable notice may be provided.
9. Limitation of service commitment
The service is provided as a productivity and information tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cybersecurity Career Finder does not warrant uninterrupted operation or the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of third-party job information.
10. Acceptance and updates
Creating a subscriber account requires acceptance of the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The application records the accepted terms version and timestamp. Material updates may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
